Delete my data
Enter your email address and we'll permanently delete your bookings, price watches, and every other account record tied to it (scan history, alert logs, saved searches, notification subscriptions, and any API access requests). This cannot be undone.
What will be deleted:
- All hotel bookings you submitted
- All price watch requests
- All price scan history
- All alert emails logged against your address
What we keep:
A minimal consent record is kept as our own internal accountability record: your email, a timestamp, which consent options you selected, which version of our consent wording you saw, and where consent was given (e.g. our booking form). Any link to a specific booking, your IP address, and your browser/device details are all removed when your data is deleted. We have not confirmed a specific legal retention period for this record against an approved retention schedule, so we are not stating one here.
