Common questions

I haven't received a price alert โ€” is monitoring working?

Monitoring runs daily at 9am. If your hotel hasn't dropped in price yet, you simply won't receive an alert. You can trigger a manual check from your dashboard at any time using the "Check now" button.

How do I stop monitoring a booking?

Open the dashboard on the homepage, find your booking, and click "โœ• Stop". Alternatively email us at hello@hotelmonitor.co.uk with your hotel name and we'll remove it for you.

How do I delete all my data?

Email privacy@hotelmonitor.co.uk with the subject "Delete my data" and include your email address. We'll permanently remove everything within 5 business days and confirm by email.

The price shown looks wrong โ€” what should I do?

Always verify any price on the booking platform before cancelling your existing reservation. If you believe our price check is consistently wrong for your hotel, please email us with the details so we can investigate.

Can I monitor a hotel I haven't booked yet?

Yes โ€” use the Price Watch tab on the homepage to set a target price alert for a hotel you're considering booking.
