How we built this list
We queried Agoda's live inventory across five New York districts (Midtown, Lower Manhattan, Times Square, the Upper West Side and Brooklyn), removed duplicates, and sorted the 115 hotels that came back by guest review count. The ranking is the raw review count. We do not reorder it for commercial reasons.
One limit worth stating plainly: Agoda returns a capped set of hotels per district, so this is the most-reviewed of the 115 properties we can see, not a census of every hotel in New York. The page regenerates every morning, so prices and rankings move with the market.
